The Day The Cameras Came

On Thursday 16th September, Woolsery Primary School had a moment of fame when a film-maker came to school to work with Class 5 in making a short film about sustainability and eco-friendly energy. The project is being produced by KEO Films - the makers of BBC TV's River Cottage and will initially be an internet based series of 4 minute films. The completed film is now available online HERE.

The children worked down at the Village Hall in the morning with the crew and Brian Butler, being filmed learning about the green energy at the Hall. In the afternoon, the children were filmed working on a 2 minute presentation talking about ways in which the design and use of the village hall helps the environment.
