Queen's Award
The school took part in the official presentation of the village's Queen's Award on September 25th 2009.
The village had been given the honour because of its strong community, particularly in the creation and use of the Sports and Community Hall. Children from the school formed the Guard of Honour for the Lord Lieutenant of Devon when he arrived to present the award.
